Please tell us a bit more about the courses you are currently busy with, if any and also a bit more about where you see yourself in 5 years? No courses at the moment, I would still like to continue working with children. Hopefully private school teacher.
How did you get involved in child care and why are you interested au pairing/ babysitting?I just really enjoy children, I enjoy spending time with them.
What is the age of the youngest child you have cared for?New born
What activities are you involved in?I enjoy painting, reading and going for walks on the beach.
What do you do in your spare time? Do you have any hobbies or other jobs?Same as above
What kinds of activities do you enjoy doing with children?Love to read stories and doing finger painting, baking and taking them for walks in the forest and walks on the beach
Explain what you would do in case of an emergency?I would contact the parents and contact the right emergency numbers, or take the child to the hospital yourself.
What is the most difficult situation you have encountered while caring for a child? How did you handle it?There are no major situations that I could not handle 
What is your approach to discipline?Depends on the age, older children can explain where the problem is, You can reason with older children. Firm but fair, and be consistent. Check what the parents prefer

How would you handle:

A two year old having a tantrum?I would ignore it, but never leave the child alone, then afterward ask why they had the tantrum.
A 5 year old drawing on a wall?I would ask them to stop, explain why it is wrong, give them paper to draw on
An 8 year old refusing to do homework?Ask them why they don't want to do it,explain why it is important to do your homework.
