What is the most difficult situation you have encountered while caring for a child? How did you handle it?Jessica was not feeling well, I noticed she had a bruise, I asked what happened and she said she had fallen, an hour or 2 later she started complaining about her back and headache, she had a damage to her kidney and was in ICU for 2 weeks and had actually had a blood infection, if she had not fallen I would never have seen the bruise, and the problem would never have been picked up.
What is your approach to discipline?Depends on the child, if I know there are emotional issues or difficulties I am quiet lenient, I will subtly teach manners.

How would you handle:

A two year old having a tantrum?I would pick the child up, calm him or her down, establish what the problem is. Offer a distraction.
A 5 year old drawing on a wall? I would explain why it was not allowed,find another thing to do, as they were probably bored and if it is not the first time 
An 8 year old refusing to do homework?I will offer an activity as an incentive, explain why homework is important and assist them to make it a fun activity.
Which age groups are you comfortable working with?all of them, I have no preference, every age group comes with their different challenges and I have enjoyed every age group.
