How to use our Babysitting Services

Step 1: In order to use our babysitting services for the first time please click here to complete our service request form.
Step 2:  Sitters4U will confirm receipt of your request and the invoice for your chosen bundle. Please note we must receive payment for your chosen bundle 3 to 5 working days before your first booking so that we have time to ensure availability of an appropriately experienced candidate to assist you . No service will be rendered until proof of payment has been sent to accounts@sitters4u.co.za .
Step 3: Sitters4U will confirm which candidate we have booked for your requested booking as well as send you a link to their profile for your review and approval. We will always contact this candidate first in case of future bookings before asking our other staff.

That’s it, no fuss, just 3 simple steps.

To make bookings in the future: Simply login to the website by using your email address in the top right hand corner of the website. Once you have logged in click the ‘make a booking’ button that appears next to the login area.

  • Please note that Babysitters are paid in cash at the rate provided in our rates table found in our “fees” section below. Babysitting services are for occasional, evening or weekend bookings only.
  • Please note that if you require a  childcare services during day light hours you will require an Au pair/ professional Nanny or other child care assistant.
