Thank you for your interest in listing with us! We are an extraordinary agency and we like to help extraordinary people who want to help extraordinary others, the people they entrusted to care for! Read through the below information and click the link at the bottom of the page to fill in the online application form.
Care givers assist individuals with activities of daily living such as, but not limited to, bathing, eating, moving around, companionship, supervision, social interaction, basic level cooking, light domestic work such as tidying and cooking etc.
Follow this procedure to apply with FrailCare4U:
Step 1: Read through our Requirements, documentation required and the information provided below about us.
Step 2: At the bottom of this page click apply and fill in the online form and attach your documentation required.
Step 3: You will receive an email within 48 hours stating if you have been accepted for an interview and when. (If you do not receive this email please call 074 310 7987).
Step 4: If you are accepted for an interview please confirm the interview within 48 hours or your application will be rejected and you will need to re -apply.
Step 5: Once your references have been checked, if you have been interviewed and are accepted for listing you will receive sms, email and telephonic notifications and can immediately start applying for jobs.

Companion Requirements
Do you comply with our Requirements:
- Do you have a Driving License?
- Have you completed Matric?
- Have you completed any formal tertiary carer qualification?
- Do you have a minimum of 2 years caring experience?
- Is your criminal record clear(ie. no criminal record)?
- Are you in good health?
- Do you have a friendly, outgoing and caring personality?
If you answered no to any question, please do not continue with your application as it will be rejected.
Documentation you will need to submit when applying
When applying with FrailCare4U for care giver positions please submit all required documentation listed below with your application in the loading section of the form in an electronic format :
- Your Full CV
- A copy of your ID
- A copy of your Drivers License
- A copy of your Matric certificate
- A recent colour photo of yourself
- Copies of all Tertiary Qualifications,all certificates of education and completed courses.
- Your written references
- Your police clearance certificate/affidavit from a police station stating your criminal status
- Proof of address ( Utility bill or letter from landlord with contact details attached)
What to expect in your interview
- Ensure that you fulfill all of our requirements before filling in the form.
- Ensure you have all of your documentation scanned into your PC to upload to the application form.
- Fill in the initial application form online.

Guidelines for completing your application form
- Use full sentences, proper punctuation and appropriate capital letters when filling in your application form.
- Ensure you have all of your documentation scanned into your PC to upload to the application form. Applications will be rejected if all documentation is not loaded.
