FamilyCARE is the umbrella term we use to describe the range of professional care and family support services available to our private family clients. Sitters4U caters to full time, part time, short term and long term placement needs; provides adhoc professional child care, student care, administrative and home care services.
Our Family CARE Story
Back in 2007; first aid, vehicles, proper references, training and even experience were not requirements for child carers in South Africa. As a single mom, successfully navigating a completely different career our MD, faced with this dilemma, decided to challenge the status quo and take matters into her own hands.
Starting Sitters4U, not as a business, but as a way to support other parents who were experiencing the same safety concerns associated with the 'professional agencies' of the time and struggling to manage a healthy work-life balance successfully, this is especially true for our single parent clienetele who face the mammoth task of fulfilling 2 roles often without support of the other parent. Months later, having watched the business grow exponentially while still working full time, Bianca took a leap of faith, left her job to work on the business full time. Since then, Sitters4U has been setting the standard for what is today considered professional private childcare in South Africa. Offering peace of mind, anytime, remains the driving force behind the business. At Sitters4U we believe the right support in your home can make all the difference in the world.

Who are We?
We are a 99% female team supporting over 2000 incredible, passionate women, covering all areas of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Despite or because of facing rejection rates of 70% - 90% (so that you don't have to) and having processed over 70 000 applications since our inception, we provide care and support you can trust. More than simply au pairs, PA - au pairs, tutors, professional nannies, teachers, night nurses, facilitators, home managers, chefs and PA’s, our team consists of mothers, sisters, aunts, nieces, daughters and granddaughters. We are family, supporting families.
Our average age range varies from 21 to 55 years of age and many have been on our team for years.
